Land subdivision, boundary descriptions and GPS surveying

We handle the entire process and submit all documents to the relevant authorities and HMS. Our goal is to ensure clear and legally valid registration of land boundaries for clients, landowners, and other stakeholders, in accordance with harmonized rules and requirements for measurement, registration, and the publication of information on property boundaries and plot limits. We ensure that the quality of the data submitted to the land register meets the standards required so that core information on the location and boundaries of properties can be used in geographic information systems operated by the state, municipalities, and other stakeholders, as provided for in the Regulation on Property Markers.
